3GA BIOS Revisions - Release Version 1.30	5/24/96

1. Binaries created
	a. BIOS3GA.BIN - standard color BIOS
	b. BIOS3GAG.BIN - grayscale BIOS

2. Revisions
	a. Added subroutine to determine if adapter is ISA or PCI. Uses PCI BIOS functions if available
to determine if PCI adapter is installed. Otherwise, ISA is assumed.
	b. Rewrote power-on/warm boot initialization to clear 3GA enhanced mode registers if warm boot.
This corrected problem when restarting system in Windows NT 3.51.
	c. Fixed function 12h, sub-function 32 (Enable/Disable video). Only enabled/disabled video via
I/O port 46E8h. Now adapter type is determined and I/O port 3C3h is used if adapter is PCI.
	d. Fixed function 12h, sub-function 35 (Switch display). This function only used I/O port
46E8h to control adapter. Now adapter type is determined and I/O port 3C3h is used if
	   adapter is PCI.
	e. Changed Int 10h function dispatch routine to return function unsupported for VESA function
calls. DEC computers with power management enabled would hang because a VESA power
management function call would be re-routed to the system board video BIOS. This didn't
work because the system board video was disabled.
